Please read these terms carefully before connecting a wallet or authorizing a TRON USDT transaction through ClearPay.
1. Non-Custodial Software Interface
ClearPay is a non-custodial web interface that helps users format, review, and broadcast standard TRC20 transfer(address,uint256) transactions on the TRON network. ClearPay does not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time, and is not affiliated with Tether Operations Limited or the TRON DAO.
2. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions
Transactions signed in your TRON wallet and broadcast to TRON Mainnet are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient address, token contract (TR7NHqjeKQxGTCi8q8ZY4pL8otSzgjLj6t), network (tron:0x2b6653dc), and exact USDT amount in both the ClearPay review screen and your wallet's signing prompt.
3. Network Fees (TRX, Energy & Bandwidth)
Executing TRC20 transfers on TRON requires network resources (Bandwidth and Energy) or TRX burned to pay for fees. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient TRX in your wallet so your transaction does not fail with OUT_OF_ENERGY.
4. Compliance & Acceptable Use
You agree to use this software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
