Privacy Policy
ClearPay is a self-custody TRON USDT payment interface designed to minimize data collection and keep full control in your wallet.
1. No Private Keys or Seed Phrases
ClearPay never requests, collects, transmits, or stores private keys, seed phrases, recovery words, or wallet passwords. All cryptographic signing takes place exclusively inside your chosen external TRON wallet.
2. Public Blockchain Data
When you connect a wallet or broadcast a TRC20 USDT transfer on the TRON network, your public TRON address (Base58/Hex), transaction hash (TxID), transfer amount, block timestamp, and recipient address are permanently recorded on the public TRON blockchain and visible on block explorers such as TRONSCAN.
3. Local Browser Storage
To provide a convenient receipt history, ClearPay stores payment records you initiate in your browser's local storage (clearpay_tx_history_v1). This data stays on your device and can be exported or cleared at any time from the Transaction History page.
4. WalletConnect & RPC Providers
When you pair via WalletConnect v2, encrypted session relay messages pass through WalletConnect Cloud infrastructure. ClearPay never logs or exposes WalletConnect symmetric session keys. On-chain balance and receipt lookups query the configured TRON RPC node (e.g. TronGrid).
